Otto has a lot of special interest money including over $4,000 from PSOA. He also shows almost $7,000 in non-monetary contributions from South Bay AFL-CIO Labor in 2003 that paid for phone banking, labor walking precincts, supplies for “volunteer” walkers (who got paid a salary), and mailers. That’s a pretty hefty donation.
